Thank you. To make one it probably takes 3-4 hours, that time includes me getting distracted though.

I make the actual wallet myself, though for the cutie mark I use a stencil to cut it out.

Yes, I'd love to make a tutorial, it will probably be a while though I currently have quite a few other things to get done first.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy my work, right now I'm doing a bunch of iPhone cutie mark carrier logos, that should all be done in a few days. As for a Trixie theme, I will most likely not do one. If you want to see some other pony winterboard themes I'd recommend
